I mostly thank you for traveling alone, twice, to the poor streets of Kolkata, India to bring home our two most precious blessings ever. . And the thanks will go on and on for that!!

This is a very familiar pose--Luke loves lying on the floor, playing with his trucks and cars

(and sucking his thumb)--did I mention we try to multitask at our house?

Pirate Luke--we started patching this week--and I can tell he is definitely using that bad left eye alot better with the patch on!!

This is the whole ensemble of what Luke starts out looking like every morning now--we are working him up to wearing the boots and eye patch for 6 hours a day! We are up to about 3 hours a day for both!!

Josh wanted to go to Subway to celebrate his graduation so that is where we went!! Love that Chicken Teriyaki!! Enjoy these photos--we had to take them quick--it started thundering and lightening when we were taking these--those lightening bolts were piercing the sky!! It was beautiful and a little scary to the little ones (and some of us big ones too)!!

Update on Luke & Emy

Luke is doing so great! He has been to the pool three times as of tonight. He is already jumping off of the side and going under and moving around really well with his arm floats! He LOVES to go swimming!! He kicks really well which is good for his little legs. . and he is a little unstable which pitches him under so I am right there with him CONSTANTLY. . but still doing very well for this to be his first swimming week EVER!

Emy is a little fish, almost swimming good enough for the deep end, but not quite yet (with her arm floats she goes everywhere). I am working with her on endurance. She can't quite make it across without taking a few breaths and that makes me nervous in the deep water.

She does GREAT handstands and flips though!! And she is a PRO at diving to the bottom of not so deep water--she loves for me to throw diving toys and she goggles up and swims to find them.

By the end of the summer?? Who knows what all they will be doing!! I will definitely post a video soon of both of them so you can see their watersport talents!!
