Darrell emailed me this morning and said that Luke is terrified of a bathtub. Darrell says it was like trying to wash a cat. Luke watched Darrell from under the sink so Darrell took a bath!! HA! He has always been sponge-bathed, so it is understandable. What will we do about washing that hair? Oh well, we will worry about that later.
Luke loves his red slippers (thanks Bullen family) and like Cristian O, he loves his camouflage pajamas (thanks to big sister Emy). He also likes his light-up tennis shoes and loves his clothes. Darrell said that when he is dressing him, Luke just sings and sings. Luke has been laughing alot too. He also loves veggies and loves to drink room temperature water (just like Josh O).
All this is good news folks. The bonding has already begun with Darrell, as Luke doesn't even want him to sit at the computer or talk on the phone. We are still praying for a great, safe airplane trip home. .
Luke is now down for a nap or sleep (It is about 8:00PM tonight over there). So when Darrell emails again, I will try and update the blog.
Emy said something really funny just now--she said "Mommy, if you keep cleaning, Daddy is going to think he is in the wrong house when he comes back". I have been laughing for a good 5 minutes now!! She is a trip!
